1. Delivery of Services

As our products are Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings, there are no physical shipments involved.

Upon successful payment, your account is automatically activated, and you receive immediate access to the purchased plan or credits.

Activation details and access credentials are shared via the registered email address within minutes of completing the payment.

2. Exchange Policy

Since our services are digital and subscription-based, there is no exchange or replacement applicable.

Users may, however, upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan anytime from their account settings.
