1. Introduction

Welcome to DIBR Tech Private Limited (doing business as AgentAnalytics.AI) ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

Please take a moment to review these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our products and services.

These Terms govern your access and use of our platforms, including Waveflow Studio and WaveflowDB, available at https://agentanalytics.ai (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DIBR Tech Private Limited, incorporated in India and headquartered at T-Hub, Hyderabad, Telangana (World’s Largest Innovation Center).

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your interaction with our products.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”).

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Agreements.

2. Communications

By creating an account on our Service, you agree to receive transactional, service-related, and occasional promotional communications.

3. Purchases

If you purchase any subscription or service through our platform (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide payment information including, without limitation, your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and contact details.

You represent and warrant that:

• (i) You have the legal right to use any payment method(s) provided in connection with a Purchase; and
• (ii) The information supplied is true, accurate, and complete.

Payments are processed via Razorpay and other authorized third-party providers, governed by their respective policies.

By submitting payment details, you authorize us to share relevant information with these providers, in line with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in service description or pricing.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features of Waveflow Studio and WaveflowDB are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"), either monthly or annually.

Subscriptions renew automatically under identical terms unless canceled by the user or terminated by the Company.

You can manage your Subscription through your account settings or by contacting support@agentanalytics.ai.

A valid payment method (such as credit card or UPI via Razorpay) must be maintained for uninterrupted access.

Should automatic billing fail, you will receive an electronic invoice to complete payment manually within a specified deadline.

5. Fee Changes

AgentAnalytics.AI, in its sole discretion, may modify Subscription fees at any time.

Any change in fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with reasonable prior notice.

Continued use of the Service after such change implies your consent to pay the revised fee.

6. Refunds

All payments made towards Subscriptions or Purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Content

Our Service allows you to upload, create, and share content such as text, data, workflows, and files ("Content").

You retain ownership of all Content you create and are solely responsible for its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By uploading Content, you grant AgentAnalytics.AI a limited, non-exclusive, transferable, and royalty-free license to host and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor or remove any Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

All proprietary materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service remain the exclusive property of DIBR Tech Private Limited or its licensors.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors;
• To distribute spam, junk mail, or unsolicited promotions;
• To impersonate the Company, an employee, or another user;
• To upload viruses, malware, or malicious scripts;

All intellectual property rights in Waveflow Studio, WaveflowDB, and related assets are owned by DIBR Tech Private Limited.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our Service or content is strictly prohibited.

13. Error Reporting & Feedback

You may provide feedback, suggestions, or error reports by emailing support@agentanalytics.ai.

By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use it for product improvement without any obligation of compensation.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
